Here is the draft agenda for this First Day February 10, 2008.  If you have additions please let me know.  I am attaching a copy of the draft minutes prepared by John, and it will save time if you could read these prior to the Meeting.  I plan to end the Meeting no later than 1:00, so please let me know if you have critical items to cover before we adjourn.
